Third piece in my planetary hobnail series.
For Mercury, I started the piece during the first planetary hour of Wednesday,(the day of Mercury), so the energy of the planet could infuse the work from the start.
I used shades of yellow and green to represent Mercury's associations with intellect, communication, and growth. The yellow signifies clarity of thought and optimism, while the green embodies verdancy, harmony, and expression. The changing color optics of the piece represents the multifaceted and volatile nature of Mercury. I hope this one will help bring mental agility and eloquent communication to the owner. This one has green and orange UV reactive glass. The orange is much more reactive in 865nm wavelength UV lights but it has a full orange glow in a typical UV light as well.
